Anyone Amexpay not working too? The app keeps asking me to register my card for amexpay when it is already registered and I cannot activate the QR scanner.

Nope, not Amexpay. Default NFC is SamsungPay for my phone.

I used to encounter this last year and I called the Cso. I was having the latest version of Amex app but still have this issue then. If u r already having the latest version u should call them. It took them a while to get the backend to rectify it.

there was a promo of 5 x $1 off when making payment via Amex QR last month which ended yesterday.

But scanned this afternoon and got an email notification that I qualified for the offer. Used up 5x last month already. Not sure isit new promo for this month.

Mine was from Nov. And I have used it 3 times already at hawker centres/coffeeshops.

I have to say AMEX credit back very fast. Always been next day credit back to statement.

Yes, it should pretty much be treated as a standard card payment.

Tried a couple of times, typically it will show up in the transaction history in the apps / online as "Pending" with the amount paid. It will then be shown as posted within a day or two and will show that method of payment as Paid for with Amex Pay

it happens for me every now and then, and I haven't figure out why, usually occurs when my phone is updated it will result in having to reset it.

But once you set it up again it works.
