It is not that I don't want to serve 3 months notice but I cannot because of medical reasons. I can locum but I cannot work there. Cause boss is a Catholic and I was bullied by a Catholic before. Bosses wife is a clinic assistant and I have been bullied by clinic assistants before.

Hahahaha. That is like the most ridiculous story I've ever heard. You really need to seek help

So why did you sign a contract that is not clear?

In law, not everything you signed in black and white is enforceable. Everything goes back to what a reasonable person would do. But unless you want to engage a lawyer to fight (which you claimed you do not have money for while previously flaunting your wealth), you are at the losing end here

I told him I need to bring contract back for husband to see but he pressurised me into signing it.

You are a grown woman. Cannot read your own contract properly? So now everything is someone else's fault? Go to court and said the Catholic and the clinic assistant bullied you in past life so you got PTSD and cannot work lor.

Very scary got such doctors around. Not even of sound mind to sign a contract but we're expected to trust their judgement.

I will get a mental breakdown if I work there so I cannot serve out my 3 month's notice period.

It is not that I don't want to serve 3 months notice but I cannot because of medical reasons.

I will reiterate my points once more in simple English.

1. Our community is very small and news travels fast.

2. You are digging your own grave by divulging so much information publicly.

3. Not just for this particular job, but for all future employment.

4. Seek formal help offline from a proper source, not an online forum.

It seems like you are unable see things from the perspective of the one employing you. Then at the very least, think very carefully about your own future employment prospects before running your mouth carelessly online.

You made the right decision to quit. Can't imagine patients being treated by you. If you have a mental illness, please get treated. Don't blame a job you've been at for only 1 week.

Yeah, I have to quit without notice for medical reasons. I am unable to serve out the 3 month's period also because of medical reasons.

Mummy getting bullied is not worst than getting raped. :s13:

I think your reasoning is totally not making sense.

You should just continue to serve notice.

They already trapped me into resigning without notice.

no official written letter to company means no resign.
asking to resign is different from actually resigning.
just go to work. if you have issues, go to MOM.

if you refuse to go to work, then its your fault.
if you go to work and they don't like your performance, they sack you.

I offered to go back to work but they don't want to take me back.

I am afraid that they will refuse to find locums and close clinic and just make me pay for clinic closure which is unfair to me.

I don't think your partners are so stupid to open and close the clinic so quickly.

It will affect their reputation.
