Sous vide takes time. 2hrs plus/minus. And a good steam oven is costly. You can do your steak in the air fryer too. Just get a temperature probe if you are particular about the temp of meat. And finish off searing in a sauce pan/w lid. It keeps much of the oil splatter within.nice,

me hunting for a steam oven i hear that steam oven can be use for sous vide. then i follow gugafood to sear the surface.

I'm using borosilicate glass containers and a decent sized air fryer bought off shopee. Preparing meal is easy.
Used to try out different spices and herbs from phoon huat. After a while, found out that salt is the best in elevating the taste of meat, fish and eggs.
