Disclaimer: this is just my own planning, to save costs. lol

no need to drill... just clip on. But u need to know how to connect wire.
this holder cost about $3~4 each. 7 x $4 = $28.... e27 light bulb $1~$10 each

then for downlight, u can also use clip on like this (no need drill)

Bed queen size, but maybe at a later date.

L shaped table 180cm x 120cm.

Aircon System 2, later date.

No TV. Maybe bigger computer LCD and attach both laptop and Switch OLED to it.

Already bought a KDK P40US. Have used the Panasonic F407YS (similar/same model) at my current home, but the Panasonic didn't have white and I wanted the round KDK base too.

Maybe the property agent brought in his own furnishings to beautify the place. Will have additional charge for this.

Doesn't look good at all. At most can avoid people from reporting you for not staying. Anyway, you see poor places, some people can really cook from that setting, or even worse ones.

Rental blocks usually have police cases every now and then.

Suicide, domestic violence, manslaughter, fights, drugs related, vandalism, etc. NOT UNCOMMON!

Some households really unable to break the viscious cycle. One generation after another still have the same problems. Very tragic.

Cannot blame them. Mostly are only 1 room flats. Not uncommon to have a family of 4 or more staying in one of such units.

But the rent is very cheap if you are a super low income household and eligible. I think around $27.00/mth excluding S&CC and town council fees.

However the wait can be quite long unless your case is very special then social services may expedite your request.

for me yes, i paint everywhere, inside DB also paint, the small wall in between metal gate and main door also paint, the toilet partition , the partition metal part all paint
