that is.... so redundant![]()
Called in today and they waived my annual fee. However, they required me to pay in full amount first, then they will credit the annual fee back... This is so sian, I don't remember I did this for my travel card.
Which part is redundant?
there is only a part to this, what other parts could i be referring to? im talking about how he has to pay first then credit back. then again im still new to the credit card scene so im not sure how it usually works
Unless annual fee is auto waived, almost standard SOP to get charged annual fee, then request waiver, then credit back. If credit back before due date, no need to pay first.
My SOP is pay the entire amount less annual fee then ask for waiver. If they refuse to waive then I cancel. Why pay the annual fee first and then risk them saying no to your waiver?Unless annual fee is auto waived, almost standard SOP to get charged annual fee, then request waiver, then credit back. If credit back before due date, no need to pay first.
