security code for redeeming optimum$

noob question ... was trying to redeem $50 rebate and while going through the online process, I was asked for the security code which I presume the bank will send to me via SMS. Waited a very long time but no SMS came.

Called the credit card hotline and was on hold for the last 30mins...

Giving up on this card ... ANZ sucks ...

... Hahaha ... the security code is actually on the confirmation page itself ...

like to reconfirm about the spending quarter goes by calender quarter.

so if my bill cycle straddles jun and july,

the jun component is covered by my last selection before 25/3.

and the july spending is based on the selection before 25/6 that i did for july-sep

did i get it right?

Redmart is considered grocery for citibank cash back (8% rebate) and scb singpost (2% rebate).

Redmart registered itself as a grocery store as its merchant code. I think it should be considered as grocery for the anz optimum card.

Just to be safe, you may want to do a small transaction to test it out.

Redmart Mcc code is counted as online. I paid with Frank card directly and got 6% rebate

that means some or all of the banks are lying that the transaction counted or not is based only mcc code and not by the bank.
