me too.~~~~

but my experience over the phone was very smooth. the CSO (A filipino lady, didn't catch her name) was very polite. within a few mins, she said that my request for waiver has been approved and it will be reflected in my next bill

none of the drama mentioned by other users here :s11:

Anecdotal evidence seems to suggest that heavy users who got a lot of rebates face more difficulty in getting a waiver compared to those light users who have not gotten much yet. Anyone with experiences that fall outside of this?

i doubt so eh, there was a period of time when people couldn't get waiver no matter how much (or little) they spend. nowadays its the exact opposite.

i think its a matter of heng suay ba, i have called in ANZ and speak to their CSO over different matters before. sometimes the CSO is very engaging and helpful, other time it makes you want to strangle their neck.

Well, it is all anecdotal evidence based on what we each hear from our friends and our own experiences, no one can really confirm.

Something to share, as i benefit from the old birds here.

I just receive a call from the bank, re-verifying if i am interested in this card. I reply yes, the staff request me to fill up the form and send it back to them.

Nothing fishy right? The thing is i did naviage to the bank website itself, i navigate to the card detail itself (on the website). And i stop and exit without submitting any page.

How on earth did the bank know i am keen in the card? I left my digital footprint?

anyone makes a supplementary card for this? planning to make 1 for my wife but my annual cycle ends in march.

supplementary card's 1st year fee is waived, so for the sup card's case, "1st year" is from the date the principal card got approve, or the the date that sup card got approved?
