Could anyone clarify how the $100 rebate for this card works, when applying online?
Is this rebate only applicable for online purchases?

I've just applied for the card at a road show and got $80 rebate if I were to spend $388 within the 1st month.. which I thought was a good deal until I saw the online one. Now thinking of calling in to cancel my application....

$100 is for those applied online. $80 is through roadshow. supposedly it is harder to get the card through online, but I've got friends that got the card from online nonetheless. If you want to cancel the application better call in fast, once it's approved you will be locked to $80.

Yes, but I also saw this online:
EVERY FRIDAY TO SUNDAY TILL 04 SEPTEMBER
UP TO $100 CASH REBATE

10% Cash Rebate* on all your online spend every Friday to Sunday
(min. 3 online transactions on the same registered card during the spend period to qualify).

Does this mean that the rebate is only applicable for Online purchases?

The 10% rebate for online spend in fri to sun promo you quoted is different from what the other guys are talking about. Need to be within first 3000 customers to register and spend at least 3 eligible transactions online to qualify for the promo. It has been 2 weekends already so probably fully subscribed already.

The other guys talking about new sign up promo for $100 when applying the card online.

Thanks. So for the $100 cash rebate promo, if you spend above $488 (for any purchase, online or offline) within first 30 days, you will get $100 rebate, is that correct?
Thanks. The T&C like not very clear...

the funny thing is I just register my travel card today and still receive followng SMS:

"Thank you for the SMS. To qualify, be the 1st 3,000 to make 3 valid online transactions on this card during the spend period, subject to validation. T&Cs apply. "

Is the SMS you received same?

Same. Think they will check who are the 3000 eligible for rebate at the end of the promo.

The t&c looks quite clear to me.

any idea how long does it take for miles to credit to my account? I read from the ANZ website say it may take up to 2 weeks but my experiences based on other banks is within 3 days.

just curious,
does anyone have O$0.X earned for a single month?

mine is always a whole number.. wondering if they round up to the nearest whole number or to one decimal place?

the thing about their statement, doesnt say how much O$ you earn for each transaction.
just have to assume its correct..
