Even if not Yayoi...should be Plenus & MK

Meidi ya is too far off liao.

Best to call and check

Thinking of getting this card for online shopping. Does their shopping cashback include sites like lazada?

Hi. Does anybody have confirmation if Airbnb belongs to Travel or Dining/Entertainment.
Read the forum history but doesnt seem to be a clear conclusion.
I looked through my past transaction. But in the month when i had an airbnb transaction, I just couldnt reconcile the optimum earned.
Thanks!

Call the hotline and you will have the answer..
And pls do share it with us here too...

I only know swipe at Hotel counter = F&B..
If book online via hotel website = Travel..

ANZ lately sibei fugging gian png

Incurred a $193 late payment of which $180 was anual fee but was waived. So effectively only $13 overdue. Then imposed a $60 late on me n refused to waive after I called in through the automated phone. Then called in again to speak to an operator, still rejected.

Called in a 3rd time, the operator discovered I got make an over payment of $88.88 before. Then got waived.

I will boycock ANZ. They simply want to take back all the rebates that u have gotten from them

Hi all,

I am looking for comments, advice and thoughts etc.. I realise that in order to get the most out of this card, one must spend in denomination of:

  1. $100 (minimum), $200, $300 ... for the 1% core tier, and
  2. $20 (minimum), $40, $60 ... for the 5% Category Tier

Am i right? :s22:

  1. Under the 1% Core Tier, Cardmembers will be awarded 0.1 Optimum$ for every S$10.00 (or equivalent foreign currency) of Retail Spend charged to the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account, which is also equivalent to 1% of the Retail Spend.
  2. Under the 5% Category Tier, Cardmembers will be awarded 0.5 Optimum$ for every S$10.00 (or equivalent foreign currency) of Retail Spend in the selected Category charged to the Cardmember’s relevant Card Account, which is also equivalent to 5% of the Retail Spend.
  3. The accumulation of the Optimum$ will be rounded down to the nearest 1 Optimum$ on each Card statement date.

Not really. The CSO explain it as TnC is for illustration only. The right calculation is as follows:

1) Optimum$ earned per transaction is round down to nearest 0.1 optimum$
a) for the 5% category, earn 0.1 optimum$ for every $2 spending. (Eg 0.3 optimum$ earned if transaction amount is $6 to $7.99)
b) for the 1% category, earn 0.1 optimum$ for every $10 spending. (Eg No optimum dollar earned if transaction is $9.99 or less)

2) Sum all the optimum$ earned per transaction as described above, at end of statement month, then round down to nearest 1 optimum$. (So sometimes I do the calculation a few days before end of statement month to top up spend to get the full optimum$. No need spend in the multiples of $100 or $20 per transaction as mentioned in your post.)

iirc theres a row that says "earned"? if im not wrong it is the O$ earned so far in the current cycle, as it matches with my calculation. doesn't show for individual transaction but you should be able to make a calculated guess as long as you make too much transactions within that day

Does it show the first decimal place figure?
