where can i replace ipad battery?

on apple website, it say that replacement is available but when i bring my ipad to QCD at westgate, they say they do not do battery replacement . Only have ipad replacement at 400+

iirc it's not supposed to drop below 80% before hitting 500 cycles.

or in the 1st year something abnormal between the battery after they run HW diagnostics. its case 2 case basis but if limited 1year, you need to pay to get batt replaced.

90% considered healthy to Apple.
Mine was at 96% now they won’t change

my xs since sep 2018 till now is 90% battery. wonder if i should bring the phone to apple to check. 2 more months warranty over.

Nope, you can check warranty status under general -> about if your phone is updated to latest iOS

Looks like its still more worthwhile to replace battery with Apple Store Orchard.

I asked BreakfixedNow for quote. And they could do it within 45 minutes, same day take back.

Even though they say the battery they use are oem same with Apple quality, but I'm skeptical. Haha!! And for $50+ with 3 months warranty.... I think Apple direct still more worth it.

Somemore could book appointment at the new Jewel Changi Apple Store!!

Any repairs of Apple products I’ll only go to Apple Store now, no 3rd party repair shops or even QCD/A.Lab.
