Me! Got it at the same time when collecting from the Apple store.

I was told by the staff now they need to check the physical device instead of running diagnostic only. But in other thread got ppl manage to buy online.

Just a quick question on Apple Care.

I bought Apple Care via Singtel while collecting my iPhone X last evening.

When i check Apple care status, it is still not registered for the iPhone X.

I thought the Apple Care activation is immediate?

It should be. Call their support hotline to confirm because it’s too late.

I did. Bought it yesterday online. Fuss free. Transaction smooth af. Dont need to talk to anybody. The online system will send a diagnostic request to your phone then once pass will go to payment page liao. And you are set.

Planning to use this phone for >3 yrs , thought of invest in good casing that protect the phone well.. but come to think of it..no matter how good the casing nor the screen protector..if its no your lucky day.. it will still crack and damn, you got to pay big price man. Lol

1st try Singtel; if still cockup then call Apple.

Applecare agreement team will calculate for u. If you have repairs done before thats more than the prorated amount u gonna get back, then u wont get any refund back.

ok i just decided to get applecare+. had to run some diagnostic test online
