8.1 Single Pay Plans

You may cancel this Plan at any time for any reason. If you decide to cancel this Plan, you may call Apple, or you may send or fax written notice with your Plan Agreement Number to the location appropriate to your country of purchase listed in Section 11 below. You must send a copy of the Plan’s original proof of purchase with your notice. Unless local law provides otherwise, cancellation refunds will be provided as follows:

(a) If you cancel within thirty (30) days of your Plan’s purchase, or receipt of this Plan, whichever occurs later, you will receive a full refund less the value of any benefits provided to you under the Plan.

(b) If you cancel more than thirty (30) days after your receipt of this Plan, you will receive a pro rata refund of the original purchase price. The pro rata refund is based on the percentage of unexpired Plan Term from the Plan’s date of purchase using the calculation set forth in Section 11 for your country of purchase.

thanks buddy! but i have a qn, if lets say my device is already over the window period to purchase apple care, and if i decided to refund the AppleCare, wouldn't the 2nd hand buyer lugi?

we should include the AC into the price we sell next time hor?

Me. Collected the refund various times. Varying amounts depending on when i end the applecare+ and what product. Iphones and ipad. And the latest iphone 8+ too. For the iphone 8+, its $268 full amount as it was within 30 days that I activated it.

I will include and state clearly it has AC+ included and if any accidental damage has been claimed. Fair to the Seller.

Else I can refund the AC+ before sale.

Its all about integrity liao. When u sell you declare to the buyer that u r including the AC+, if he not agreeable then jus get your refund.

If you have a IPX, best to buy apple care+ with it. One yr later if you intend to change phone, either u sell your phone with your apple care or simply just refund and get back the remaining.

I do not know. I leave it to the agreement team to tell me how much is refunded. And they are very prompt and fast with the refunds.

Just bought mine after deciding to get or not. Well, im quite suprise that the apple care+ doesn’t stack together with our standard 1 yr warranty...

Thought it would be stack and total we will get 3 yr warranty
