So this apple express is for replacement service, if screen Crack hav to go down apple.

How about normal warranty repair? Eg phone silent button spoil. We hav to go down apple ourselves n leave phone there for repair?

Yep most of the time. Then they will provide loan phone.

I was in los Angeles apple store trying to buy apple care. When the staff scan my singtel set phone, it was not in their system n I can't buy

When I go to Apple us website, I chg to USA apple store, sent me diagnostic email all OK but when paying need USA credit card

Nowadays people are paying so much for a mobile phone and paying a few hundreds more to cover the safety of the expensive phone

And change phone after a year u guys sure u won't change phones? Think again. What if there is iPhone X plus next year?
Yup rumor says apple is releasing X-plus next year
And it would be cheaper than the current iphone X
I know the flaws of iphone X

i was trying to purchase apple care of my iphone 8+ via apple store but can’t ... so i went to apple website hoping to purchase and it direct me to check coverage

and so i went on to check coverage and it states warranty up to 2019.

why was it so? did i miss out something?

Looks like you already have AC+ for your phone. Telephone support should only be for 3 months and repairs for a year, which means 2018. Yours is both till 2019.

but i went to apple support app, my warranty is oct 2018 leh and i confirm i never buy apple care

bought from carousell who recontract, i have the seller receipt but no mention of apple care purchased. The last check few weeks ago is still 1 year limited warranty.

thats weird.. the guy sold u immediately after he bought the phone? or he used for a while before he sold to you.. he might "transfer" the applecare away then

I’ve bought my iPhone 7 Plus last year with AppleCare+. After getting my iPhone X, I refunded my AppleCare+ for that. Still able to get about 40% of the amount prorated.

Yes can. But they will have to do an inspect on the phone. Advise to plait it online if your phone has cracks or scratches etc

Don't they do a online diagnostic of the phone when we buy AppleCare+ online? just like doing the purchase over the phone call.

Don’t think they can check for crack screens or scratches with the diagnostic test. I might be wrong though.

I was told it used to be online diagnostic but that was before we got the apple store here.

When I purchased it at Apple store they say now need to check the phone condition. Which is why that dude who dropped the ipx at the mrt tracks couldn't do so after the incident
