I bought it probably the same time as you. I also received this email. I call up Apple Support to check and they said that I will not receive any physical item.

I called Apple Support to check and they said that I will not be receiving any physical items. Previously, on the AppleCare, not the Plus, they will send something, which I believe is the documentation that you were referring to.

Side tracked abit

When you go to Apple store app. Under Account > My Devices. It just show iPhone X And nothing else? My other products will show like the 256GB and color.

Then when shopping for accessories they can't seem to show compatibility to ipx and keep showing me my previous phone which is a ip6s+

I have the same issue too. Might take some time from Apple’s side and to be updated and reflected?

It will take quite some time for the AppleCare+ to be reflected via Check Coverage.

anyone bought their iPhone X and the AppleCare+ from Comcenter and gotten their confirmation? I've not received any email yet.

When u bring ur faulty phone to Apple, is it a replacement of repair?
If repair means need to be without phone for the time....

If repair means need to be without phone for the time....

For singtel mobileswop or other telco insurance, u get a replacement phone when u pass them the spoilt one. N delivered to u

If screen crack, you send in for repair with a loan phone provided. If it’s any other damage, you pay $148 and replacement device provided on the spot.

You can also use Apple express service online without going to Apple Store where they ship you a replacement unit and you return your broken phone AFTER you receive their replacement unit. But they might place a holding charge temporarily until you return your phone. Pretty fast process, have done it myself

Nowadays people are paying so much for a mobile phone and paying a few hundreds more to cover the safety of the expensive phone :(

So this apple express is for replacement service, if screen Crack hav to go down apple.

How about normal warranty repair? Eg phone silent button spoil. We hav to go down apple ourselves n leave phone there for repair?
