Applecare+ for iPhone

I am considering to get AC+ for my 14 Pro max when it hits the 60days mark.

First time (potentially) buying AC+ for iPhone. So If I have 10% EPP discount for Apple store vs 10% discount with ALabs, it doesn't matter if I buy from either right? Technically Apple store is better?

Just need to bring iPhone down right? Need bring box? Proof of purchase?

Cuz mine is HK set & I don't plan to tell them it's HK set to avoid any unwanted questions/problems

I think HK set can only buy AC+ thru the phone. When you buy AC+ in apple store you do not need the box or receipt because all the information is already in your phone setting.

Once they check they will know it's a HK set.

Actually if you go to your settings, there is a "Applecare+ coverage availabe" option, why do you even need to go down to Apple store?

Ya. click that and do an online diagnostic test and buy can liao.

This is helpful especially u drop and got cosmetic damage but never affect phone function.

Actually no EPP can consider going to Alabs. Outright 10% off and can buy within a year. For items like iMac, Apple TV, Mac mini etc…just whack later within a year. Apple TV very difficult to kana accidental damage one

Applecare+ can only be transfer to a new owner with the same device but unable to transfer to a new device.

I don't know about EPP, but I've been getting AC+ for my HK sets since iPhone XS Max. Just do it from home, then contact them if you encounter any problem. They'll solve for you and give you the means to proceed.

HK sets not an issue to get AC+.

From what I've read, you can get a refund for the remaining period. You get a new one for the new device.

I don't know about EPP, but I've been getting AC+ for my HK sets since iPhone XS Max. Just do it from home, then contact them if you encounter any problem. They'll solve for you and give you the means to proceed.
