I've a used Dux Helm if you'd like to try. It's M size which fits me with space to spare. If it fits you, you can have it. For MET, I'm wearing L.

Quite sad to see the kid get hurt. But until the cyclist comes out to say what happened, this is only one side of the story.

But still, cycle at PCN must always be ready to slow down... Too many ppl. And always got ppl walking or jogging on cycling track.

Broadwalk. You may consider buying this torch + holder, and pouch for your bike. Torch is around 18 bucks, holder around 5 and pouch around 18. Rough estimates only as i cant remember the specific amount. But definitely worth the price. Torch is very very bright.

I also went to bikeactually to buy the duo stem extender at $31. Now can ride abit more upright.

True. When it comes to PCN, forget about speed. Just have to cycle really slow when people are around, especially small kids. For roadies, better unclip the cleats because you never know when you have to stop.

The fact that cyclist hit the boy could only mean he was too fast.

Even at the speed limit of 16km/hr, the impact will be sufficient to hurt the boy. At 15km/h, the injury will be alot less serious and the cyclist will have much more time to react.

I dare say its the cyclist fault, no matter whether the boy was running here or there.
