Why does some headhunters keep insisting to meet or talk to you when I keeping asking for the specific JDs? Are they just trying to increase their contact without actually having a job at hand?

Have u hh ppl without even seeing their cv? U call him up to jiak png or lim jiu and offer that fellow a job from another company... what kind of celery such ppl commands?

Or do u have client who told u, i want u to get that person from company A to work for me.

Yes i have.

Candidate A referred me saying this person in this company.

I call in the company to ask to speak with him.

Same amount as other people.

As for client asking, yes i have also, but seldom the candidate will join (because he knows the manager also)

For me.

1) To see personality
2) To ask difficult to siam questions. Eg: Why you want to leave your job

Not sure if this has been asked.

Anyway is there anyway for company to check if you:

1) your cpf records? So they can know your exact salary and also your previous companies.
2) if u r really freelancing or employed. Say someone doesn't wish to reveal she is working as she just join a company and planning to quit soon

a)

Not really. I still see people who are dismissed get good jobs.

Yes and No. Depends on what skills he has. I have seen people dismissed due to poor performance still get good jobs in big companies

Thanks.

Any advice to the candidate who got dismissed how to handle the question of why he left during interviews? Or just be honest?

Yes to both

Companies like first advantage do this (for a fee)

Used to work as a researcher for a recruitment company specializing in the same salary space as TS. Just want to endorse that what TS has shared so far is accurate.

Have 3+ years of experience in lower level role.

Does bank generally offer more contract position these days?

best policy.... but izzit the best for the interviewee ??
hmmm my opinion is that if youre really leaving the company because you hate it, dont be too harsh and burn bridges, you never know next time you might return to the same firm.

Mix of both is good. Work in some companies too silo in job scope next time a bit hard to move up.

Around 4k plus

and Yes more contract roles because if they hire contract, no need to justify to higher level management so much compared to permanent role

do you head hunt potential head hunters?

No. But there are companies that do it. They are called Rec to Rec (or Rec2Rec)

roles that require management responsibilities or require the person to be in a certain level to make high level decisions.
