ASUS PadFone Infinity

I just noticed something not that right abt my new Infinity 2 set.. I'm not sure how to describe it but the alignment of the inside of the camera peep hole (is that wat it's called?) is not properly done.. i.e. the smaller hole which is supposed to be at the centre of the peep hole is not at the centre.. it's kinda off centre.. do u guys have the same oddity in ur sets?

SO SCARY...i off my NPFI (i brought during flashsale) and still using my old PFI (tht dying soon) ...all app are sign in to both devices... but when a notification came thru my "ask.fm"... it rang on my NPFI (which is off and i try "unlocking" it via the lock button juz in case i didnt press ok when i shut down..but nth...and when i long press...the phone starting screen appear wif the asus logo..)

U mean u had already locked and switched off ur NPFI and yet the alert came on it, instead of ur old PFI?

yup.. my NPFI wad totally off... yet alert came in to my NPFI (which was connect via Wifi before I off it) rather than my on and connected (via 3g plus wifi) PFI.... IT happen twice... I place the speaker beside my ear and Confirm it....

Whoa... seems kinda spooky lehhh..

Perhaps.. just perhaps.. it's a sign that ur PFI really is abt to die.. maybe the "soul" of ur PFI has transported itself to ur NPFI..

My npfi also weird weird 1. It will auto restart when i charge it in switch off mode.

I have no idea why and how it happened.. since my NPFI shld be totally off since I cnt access the phone via lock button.. but I cld nt recreate it again. Grr..

Haven't looked around the shops but have you enquired at the Asus shop (also run by Newstead I think) at Vivocity?

Other than that I've seen it on ebay for about US$180 or so.

Incidentally, has anyone recently gotten a firmware update for the Station? Did an OTA update yesterday and it all seems OK but am not sure what changes there are, if any.

Anyone can advise where to buy ASUS Padfone Infinity case ?
Beside ASUS online where pricing is ex, any shop in Singapore selling ?

I got a Padfone Infinity 2 phone during the recent Asus CNY online flash sale and there is sth not quite right abt it - there is a mis-alignment of the camera lens ie. the lens is off-centre. Did any of u who bought the same phone also found the same problem with it? Did u exchange it for another set from Asus or did u get it fixed at their service centre?

anyone got this issue like mine ?

1. Ear jack issue
2. Able to detect wifi but cannot connected even though password is correct
3. Unable to log on even the battery is full.

Send back to Service centre, the counter staff immediately take it back without much question. I m quite sure my issue is not the first time.

i am having this issue to. wifi cannot be detected unless its very very near the router.

where is the service centre?
