Your Deco 1 is probably not so useful and your Deco 2 is too far away from other nodes. And Deco X20 is a low end dual band AX mesh solution.

Still by right your main Deco should be able to provide wireless connection to the CCTV outside. Maybe you want to optimize the placement -- place it on higher place without obstruction.

If you want to go with Asus solution, most likely a pair of Asus ZenWiFi XT8 will do.

Time router --> Asus ZenWiFi XT8 main node
The bedroom next to the Master bedroom --> Asus ZenWiFi XT8 mesh node. You can also carry out experiment to optimize the placement.

Cheaper option --> reuse all the Deco X20 unit, replace the main Deco with more powerful models like Deco X75. Move the main Deco X20 to the Bedroom next to the master bedroom.

I don't think a pair of XT8 will cover your 2098sqft condo, that must the be ~55ft * 40 ft. especailly with so many walls between the rooms. I'm sure one if not two of the bathroom have issue getting stable signal.

But if you are fine with current 3x Deco then ignore me. Otherwise I would wired them up or moving Deco1 to the bedroom adjacent to Master. You should get a wifi analyzer to check the signal strength first.

Indeed that would be a better solution if wiring is possible.

And it is possible that a pair of ZenWiFi XT8 can not cut it. Still in that case, it is possible to add more nodes (even cheaper nodes like ZenWiFi XD4). Using wireless backhaul is for sure not as good as Ethernet backhaul. Still sometimes it is not feasible to wire things up due to objections from family members.

Yes, so far only cctv not stable. The rest are ok. Only master bedroom less than half signal. Will try your suggestion.
Forget to add is this place is rental.
Another thot is pull back the Time router n main Deco to the main door just behind the cctv.

Say if I get the free Asus Ax3000 router from M1, which would presumably best to be placed in the DB box, then I will get a same Asus router with AiMesh and place at the end of the bedroom with a wired backhaul, will this setup work?

I have 2 Asus AX55 router and connected by wired backhaul. However the 2nd unit that's in my study room gets no data movement at times (used speedtest and got error) but I could get full bar for wifi connection.
Using singtel 1gbps broadband.
I got electrician to test out the LAN point in the study but it shows that all 8 wires are working fine.
Tried swapping the 2 AX55 around and got the same problem as well.
Anyone knows what the issues could be?

Are you using Singtel ONR or ONT? If ONR (unbridged ONR), you may need to set up your main RT-AX55 to be in AP mode for AImesh to work.

You may also need to play with the AIMesh settings. You may want to set up using Ethernet Backhaul Mode. If that does not help, you may have to upgrade. This seems to be an issue with lower end Asus AX routers like ZenWiFi XD4/XD4S. RT-AX53U/AX55/AX57/AX3000P belong to low end Asus AX routers (only 256MB RAM, no USB ports). Take note I do not recommend using them as the main router (if you are using Singtel ONT).

Since you are using Singtel ONR, it is better to change your RT-AX55 to AP mode. You can try it to see if that helps.

Hi, would like to seek recommendation for a single router solution for my 4 room bto.
Currently on whizzcom 500mbps fiber (ONT). Appreciate any advise or recommendations.

ONT is in DB box right beside main door. Existing router is located above kitchen entrance via cat 5e cable. Floor plan is as shown.

Currently using d-link dwr-961 but recently keep hitting 16 client devices limit (mainly due to all the smart appliances and electronics). New router does not need to have 4G fallback.

If possible I would like to be able to connect a usb storage to it for NAS to stream music too and must be able to set custom DNS as I'm considering adding a DNS sink.

For single router setup, between Asus RT-AX55 (or RT-AX3000P or RT-AX57) and TP-Link Archer AX72, I will recommend using TP-Link Archer AX72. It has 512MB RAM and better wireless specification and wireless performance.

If you have higher budget, then I will recommend Asus TUF-AX4200 or TUF-AX6000.

What is the coverage of the current router?

It seems to me the router placement is not optimal and the main bedroom and main bathroom may not have good coverage.

Do you have LAN ports in the rooms? If you have LAN ports in the main bedroom, then I will recommend to get an Asus TUF-AX4200 (or better ones like TUF-AX6000 or GT-AX6000, depending on your budget) as the main router and then another RT-AX3000P (BNIB from Carousell at around S$80, dumped by M1 users) as the AImesh node in the main bedroom.

Are you using Nokia Beacon 1 or Nokia Beacon 2? If you are using Nokia Beacon 2, as per the feedback from @Henry Ng, the coverage of Linksys Atlas 6 MX2001 is no better than the Nokia Beacon 2. Deco X20 will also be in the simiar league. So you may not gain much. If you are using Nokia Beacon 1, then probably both are good upgrade to the Nokia Beacon 1. Whether they are good enough for you is another story.

Are you using Ethernet backhaul or Wireless backhaul?

Do you have LAN ports in the rooms?

It will be good to post the floor plan with details of the locations of the ONT and two Nokia mesh nodes, so that people here can recommend a suitable solution. Please also state your budget.
