Nowaday, ST start to block many sites so I will never recontract with them again.

ST block this block that do not need to use their internet.

Honestly just some video streaming sites and such site is not dangerous at all, there is no need to block such site. Block here block there then may as well cancel the internet service.

Should allow more internet freedom.

What are the websites that ST is blocking? Care to provide here for all to know the URLs of the websites that ST is blocking?

1) Login to the gui of the router to be configured as a repeater.
2) Disable 'DHCP', Save & Reboot.
3) Connects LAN cable to ethernet port of router to the ethernet port of the main rg.

I am not aware of any website that ST is blocking except about 100 XXX porn websites that the MDA directed to be blocked. Are you referring to these? That cannot be mentioned?

When I was on 200M plan I could get 200M when i do a speed test. Now on 500M plan sometime i could get 500M when i do a speed test but some time i could not get 500M speed. Notice that nowadays ST network is not so stable.
Azdrama.se could not play at all and it used to be able to play so smoothly. Will not re-contract with them again. Earlier video streaming was perfect. Now video streaming also half way cut off. Sad.

your reply is incoherent. One moment you talk about blocking of websites, the other moment you talk about speed. Blocking of websites means you won't be able to access at all, usually you will see the MDA error message on your browser. Yes, mostly are porn sites which are not in line with MDA's rules and regulations.

Whether or not a streaming website can be viewed depends on locality. Some websites restrict speed and access because they deliberately make the content unavailable for users outside the country. That is why VPN is useful.

You should at the very least try try to understand how speedtest on speedtest websites are done. If you like to use them for testing, I can tell you that the higher the plan you subscribed from whatever ISP, the more frustrated you will become. Then you end up hopping from one ISP to another, all because you fail to undestand the basics.

Azdrama.se auto re-direct to icdrama.se. So I cannot test whether Azdrama.se is being blocked. But I guess not blocked otherwise I will not be re-directed.

I have no problem streaming from icdrama.se but only if I can find an episode that do not show the irritating "file no found error". Seems to be a lot of this error. For those episode that I can find, no problem streaming. In fact right now I am streaming this cantonese episode and it is very smooth although I cam quite sure it is not in full HD:

The episode I refered to earlier that I was streaming... The entire 44:37 min stream completed now with no problem. No "half way cut off".

Now streaming 2 other episodes of different titles concurrently:

Endless Love -

Will update whether any problem.

Twitch.tv is one of them! Diam diam keep buffering here and there, where other ISP (Purple color) got no problem streaming it. Dailymotion used to have a huge problem with ST, when playing it will auto skip frames randomly, other isp got no problem.

I see. Do not really know what is happening in sg. My wife called up, ST said did not block any sites but video just can not play. Video streaming from other site got cut off. I will ask her to buy vpn. How about hypervpn?

Strange, my wife keep getting cut off half way when playing full episode but when she try playing part 1 and followed by part 2 of the episode it works. U use VPN? She uses Hola unblocker then can watch.

This Azdrama.se has the latest hongkong drama in HD. Yesterday show in HK and the next day you can watch it. I think need vpn.

Sorry to ask such a noob question but how do you set this router to bridge mode? I'm putting this router behind my AC68U which in turn is connected directly to the ONT.

Can I check is there anyone here using this 7002 with ACRayan Veolo 2? I have this strange observation when I hooked up the 7002 with the Veolo 2 through lan cable. From the setup page, the IP address can be seen very unstable and dropping connection, keeps changing from the acquired address to zeros. But when using wifi, the IP address is very stable. Change back to the old Pace router, both the lan connection and wifi have very stable IP address.

Singtel technicians came over to check, tried replacing with a new 7002 AND 7003, both showing the same problem as my 7002. After trouble shooting for 1 to 2 hours, Singtel technicians concluded something wrong with the Aztech routers and will feedback the problem to the manufacturer.

So now checking with you guys if any of you having the same problem using Veolo 2 with the 7002 using lan connection.

Agree, something's not right with the Aztech routers when connected to non-PC devices (in my case, it's a WD My Cloud and a Minix NEO X5 Mini). I switched back to my old Pace router till news of a patch comes along.

Why do you need to set the router to bridge mode then? Just directly replace it with your AC68U.
