It was 1 mth ago before CNY when i built for my friend. Vii was selling at $189 when convergent was selling at $190.

Funny thing was that at that time when i searched for GTX 1050, Vii option (Zotac & Palit) came up but not convergent (Palit). So i just went ahead with it. Only when it was cancelled the 2nd time, then i specifically went to search for convergent listing and found that they are also selling.

Bought from them and immediately got processed and next day ship out le....

Quite dulan at that time, made me make new accounts just to reorder those....

This is what I meant in my previous reply. Regardless of the dollar savings, can this shop be trusted to not waste a promo code and most importantly, personal time?

i believe it depends on what item you are getting.

for me i ordered a HDD and FSP PSU from them. i checked prices of other shops and theirs are cheaper because of shopee discount (take note that discount is given by shopee, not them).

i spoke to their CSO through shopee chat and it was okay. got my items alright - hdd was packed with foam, even though that there should be a "shopee guaranteed" paper in it.

if you are getting high demand items like MBs or GPU, probably better to check with them first before submitting order. then again, it should still be their duty to reflect the correct stock amount, not the customer...

yup agree with you. i bought my mobo from them too and it was cheaper than other shops. plus with shopee coupon, even cheaper compared to elsewhere (not by much though). i decided to buy it because they were responsive via the chat app on shopee.

ultimately as a customer, you wouldn't even ask them if the listing price is correct or not. the onus is of them. although it's cheaper than other shops, it's still not something that would make you think 'ooh, this is cheap, is this an error?'
