Anyone went down to the showflat? Was there over the weekend, the 2b showflat layout looks pretty good. Location also decent, but starting price for 2b1b is a bit steep, about 1820 PSF.

Not sure if i should deposit a cheque. Thoughts?
but the main entrance cmi via small road.
for sure is expensive to begin as the location is neither here or there.
walk to mrt also quite a distance.
don't forget the front shophouses there are some massage palours too.

the only thing i like the enclosure kitchen but it eats into your living room space.

Went over to the show flat recently. Wonder how the noise is like for the two stacks facing the flyover. Also the materials used are lower tier, solid surface (acrylic) for countertop and porcelain floor tiles.

2b1b you sure you won't regret?

it's still pretty near bartley mrt and surrounding got makan, but at 18xx psf for 2b1b imho it's pretty steep. It seems lately all the new project launches around 1800-2k psf excluding those ulu projects like watergarden. Probably a bit of FOMO too in case i miss a chance to make a small profit.

Watergardens ulu? I thought it has plenty of amenities to boast of. MRT, plaza, park, schools and decent entry price at $14xxpsf.

Like no one bought though.. maybe aft JAB integrated dev land bid everyone standing by for that one.. haha.

Bartley not popular? Or maybe this project did not generate enough hype.. Linq sold 99% in day 1 with multiple round of price revision somemore..

I remembered G or L (same vicinity) only sold 1 unit for the longest time before the second buyer came along...

Most Sg buyers are quite well informed n know the cons/risks of buying a small 99year project

I like the part of video where he gave the ranking order...if need to buy small projects, at least make sure it is freehold...


Then he opened up...buy this might as well consider G or L, which we all know were flops during launch...

So won’t be surprised if this is more a flop..
