One of the things i dont like about that area is the heavy traffic. And the road is one-way so you gotta go through all that traffic just to u-turn and head the other way.

Exactly, isn't it wiser to buy G then? Larger development, freehold and nearer to mrt...

Its ok... good to have carrot and "robert".:D

Anyone free to explain what "robert" mean? Anyhow say only.. I inactive here these days, this term is new.

I'm referring to existing launches as the prices of BV is not attractive.
This makes projects e.g. Antares, Watergardens, UT, SKG, ASR, or even affinity a better deal.
That's IMO.

Oh yes definitely. I would think the remaining launches mentioned aside from Bartley Vue are more attractive. In fact, with Bartley Vue pricing, SKgrand, Urban Treasures and Antares looks cheap now..

So.. they say when new launch come in to the area, it will push up the resale in the vicinity. Sibeh kaypo me...

Wah seyy, OASIS GARDEN located along same stretch as BARTLEY VUE. Resale to Resale transactions. HUAT HUAT !!!

Don;t know where the Sept gone to tho, not under unprofitable too.

See see look look, but always good to DYODD, he speaks some sense though comical.. at the end of the day, he must have done it right previously to be staying in a D10 landed now.

I thought his main source of money comes from his course. I find him pretty hard sell even through virtual mean.
