hehe solid state sound also a bit different from other driver type...will need to get use to them too...give it some time ba if piezo can be popularise through IEMs...perhaps x/ MEMs can also be popularise through IEMs first before appearing more in headsets

just bought mine from Alibaba. It feels quite premium sio and the cushion is soft. not an audiophile so cannot comment on the audio quality.

That is why need a reference model audiophile headphone so that you can compare... like the Sennheiser HD600 which is around for 20++ years. Or the super popular Audio Technica ATH-M50 but this one not suitable for big ears.
