Ya some youtube star say Ki is in USA, but look at recent subsale profits and the latest transaction when developer staged from 17xx to 24xx..they raised price every few months

Good for developer and first mover, bad for late entrants

Just slightly lower than TG as I predicted...think it's v bullish at that area compared to D15

4% buyer are foreigner..
I salute them, serious.

2.while many sg pple talking migrate here and there,
some foreigner pay and pay a 99 years property,
with 60% ABSD.
