I called the credit card side got locals and they're quite good.

never once did i get a local to attend to my calls in the credit card dept... on many occasions the foreigners who answered has difficulty understanding simple english, in the end have to speak chinese to them...

very fustrating to explain coz some words has got no chinese name (e.g. paywave) they are always trying very hard to understand, i think this job is not suitable for them...

my calls to Card line also always local folks, even in middle of night.
