End of July I have a 18.74 interest settlement. I was taking that as the base interest 0.4 and worked out I have 56220 average balance. I did spent 3000ish on air ticket using debit card so I am expecting a $74 interest. But it didn't come today. Guess have call them and ask them.

Yes in Jul, transaction in IB says Singapore Airlines. Paper statement says ATM/CARD transfer.

Should be online, it is thru my business travel portal: Carlson Wagonlit Travel
I setup my Debit master card as payment option.

I guess you have receipt that prove you are using debit master card. Try call Boc to appeal, provide the receipt if needed.

lol. My receipt does show the last 4 digit. I'll appeal for sure. Just that the experience of calling them on phone has been not pleasant for me. I'll go to a branch after the 15 working days deadline they promised.

Looks like they made a mistake, credited my card spend bonus after I contacted them!

There is option to register Paynow by mobile no. and/or NRIC number. This BOC rebate requires registration by mobile number.

Receiving paynow need to be registered. Sending paynow no need to register. So you can send from other banks by paynow to your newly registered BOC mobile number.

Think don’t have to delink. For Tier 2, need to do 2 Pay Now transfers a month with min $10 to qualify for the rebates and need to at least satisfy one of the conditions for higher interest for SmartSaver
