anyone checked if their rebates from the family cc are aligned to what you spent on? I spent $200+ on dining and other expenses as well, but based on my statement, the rebate was only $1.59

Take note spending in hotel might not get 5%.

Does it take "longer" now for BOC Bill Payment to reach DBS/POSB credit cards?

Previously amount will be credited to DBS/POSB on the next da. Now OCBC payment gateway is faster!

I made two payment on 28 April (Friday), DBS already updated payment from OCBC on 29 April but payment from BOC still not reflected :s13:
I thought BOC should be faster :s13:

BOC using AXS to make the payment, tend to be slower over weedend/public holiday. OCBC using a different system.

From my experience, usually 2 working days. I hope this will not affect your rebates on the bill payment portion.

Yes i am aware of the different payment gateway.
Precisely becos BOC is using AXS which is "same house" as DBS , therefore i was expecting BOC to be faster. But I was wrong :s13:

Thanks for sharing.

can someone confirm the interest above $60k, is it 1.75% from the sum of 1% (fulfilled at least one of the above criteria) + 0.35% (extra saving interest) + 0.4% (base interest)?

no it is just 0.6% (extra saving interest) + 0.4% (base interest) = 1% for $60,000.01 to $1,000,000

Which i think is pretty good! Will entice ppl to put their monies in. 1% is good! No need to open another cimb fastsaver account for 1%

Just note that SDIC insures up to $50k deposits only, so spreading your eggs beyond one basket is prudent in case touchwood the bank goes under.

The credit card spending period is from start to end of mth, not your billing cycle date right?

Sent from G4 using GAGT

If you are talking about meeting the smartsaver min. spending needs then YES - It's credit card spending based on calendar month.

If you are talking about meeting family card min. spending needs then it's about the family card billing cycle.

Best is to align the credit card billing cycle "to be as close as possible" to the calendar month.
