Today got new bond listed on Bond Express! Accredited Investors only,

Capitaland (temasek got shares)
unrated (don't need waste money do rating)
senior unsecured
5 years tenor
coupon 3.33% (生生生）

I calculated YTM after fees is 3% p.a. Nothing to shout about considering IR is rising. But since its a 5 year bond, price drop from an increase in IR would be limited.

I Bought 20K to keep. Will load up if YTM improves.
