Yup, we are issued 3 q no. altogether: single digit q no. for a combined application (4rm and 3 rm) under MGPS as well as 1 q no. each (4xx for me and 6x for my parents) under public scheme if we decide not to apply under MGPS. Definitely would apply under MGPS since my q no. under public scheme ia not ideal.

We did some research on vinyl flooring and it seems like a good option as long as the installation is good. Haven't heard much about the doors but would check with my brother since he is collecting his keys this year.

Oh ic. Didn't know the ballot system works this way for MCPS. So good to have 3 Q No. Anyway Congrat! Your number is really good!

Decide during first appt..Cos they need to factor in the cost before u sign the lease agreement during 2nd appt.

Buying a BTO 5 room Balcony

Hello Sensei,

Any advice on buying BTO 5 room balcony.

Any sensei bought 5 room HDB with Balcony before, i'm newbie to BTO.

Any pros and cons we need to be prepared if we bought 5 room with balcony?

Depending on your floor for 01 and 03. There may be a slight angled west sun for 6 months on high floor for 01. 03 and 39 will have their west facing wall baked (plenty of west sun for your service yard). 39 will not have any form of direct west sun.

i got a date in dec.. bp 4 room. number 7xx/525 . guess i have to be really lucky to even get to select.. heard from friend past experience, one week before receive notification from hdb says no need to go down anymore cos no unit left to select.. anyone with earlier date?? jus wondering..
