The Feb 2016 selection of units is going quite slow leh (looking at the flats available for selection in HDB website), doubt that the May selection of units going to be starting soon..

But the letter said selection start in july leh

Can be delayed..Happened recently..It is an estimation, not a confirmation..

Even if it starts in July, doesnt mean it would move fast..

21 is good only for high floors (see beyond 226A), wall of main bedroom will get bake by west sun for half the year, road noise.
31 better view but more road noise (main road entrance), service yard west sun (good), may get some noise from PP from time to time.
29 blocked view, less road noise, service yard west sun (good) but wall of main bedroom will get bake by west sun for half the year.

HDB is very smart nowadays (well design estates) because there usually isn't a single stack that is perfect. Just decide on what is more important to you and make the choice.

If you applied for 5 room, you are only allowed to book a 5 room unit.

Hello, if i didn't remember wrongly, you applied for BP 5 room right? There r a total of 141 units for 5 room. Your balloted Q no. is based on all 5 room units. Not inclusive of 3 gen. Meaning there r no 3 gen applicants in front of you.

Hello, BP is not. In the ballot result page, it says:

I'm pretty sure it doesn't include 3 gen applicants.
