Yah, same thing happened for AMK Court. Then 1 lady called in to HDB to verify. Then HDB said there was a technical glitch. Now it seems to be working quite well.

i observed the same thing just the day before and yesterday.
its just beyond a normal way of how it work

from current stats, about 17% drop out rate "if accurate"
almost all are chinese selected

doubtful anyway, above 120% range

Hello,

Our queue number is 26x/234 for AMK 4-rm. Understand that there might be the case of 20% dropout rate. We are both Chinese. Our concern is that since AMK seems to be an estate liked by mostly Chinese, would there be a case whereby we won't have a chance to select flat?

We don't mind if it is low floor, just that our selection is in Nov and we have another selection in Sep for elsewhere. We prefer AMK and can't decide if we should take the risk to wait till Nov.

Would appreciate the experts here for advice, thanks!

No worries, once HDB fixed an appointment with you, it means your number will be on that day.

Unless run out of quota or units.

Don't make statistical sense to me if the q no is randomly mixed.

Because those with 3gen queue can select 5room too.
And many not ready to stay with PIL.
Besides, 3gen unit are bound to many rules when sell.

Was waiting for that project too. Not so soon. Master plan target that area as the new CBD. I think they want to integrate it with the new brani-keppel district.
