The units are across various floors ranging from the sixth to 23rd floors, and they are predominantly three- and four-bedroom units in several stacks. Six of the units are three-bedroom units of 1,259 sq ft, while another five units are three-bedroom units of 1,130 sq ft. The remaining units are large four-bedroom units of 1,959 sq ft.”

i actually find it slightly concerning. No idea what he intends to do with so many units on hand.. rent all? Or ask whole kampong from China stay in? Or leave all the biggest 20-30 units entirely empty? Seems abit too much controlled in 1 buyer’s hand .

if next time he anyhow sells 20-30 units at 1 go, gonna depressed the selling price of the project also. Prefer lord’s daily sales reporting. Consistent and steady lol.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. This buyer’s intentions will play a large role in this outcome of the profitability of this condo in my humble opinion. I suspect lots of the 1 and 2 bedders are bought for rental before owners move in for retirement. If these 20 large units are also rented out, then this development machiam Airbnb/service apartment alr.

If this buyer got diamond hands it will be good for the development. If paper hands, move the money as and when he want, may affect profitability leh.

Good news is that Chairman Gibbfa can be the check and balance required to ensure continued success for CHP!!

I ask because I find his intent rather interesting and abnormal.
Also shared the same concern like some bros here that if one buyer (esp foreigners) sweep a large number of bigger quantum units, it means his future exit has huge impact over how CHP is going to perform in resale.
If bought by local rich tycoon like Peter lim it is still less concerning since his roots is here. But we all know this kinda ultra rich foreigners are highly mobile and they can move and park their wealth from place to place. They can just sell anytime like how Mr Dyson sold his wallich super luxe penthouse to mobilise his funds to somewhere else.

And not forgetting this guy is still considering buying another 10 units, not sure what’s his intent except he seems like can’t get enough paying absd
