The views look nice but wouldn't blk 1's views be blocked by other blocks in CHP?

Probably need to be above level 27 or 28 at blk 1 to be fully unblocked towards mbs direction.

Assuming cheapest 2 bedder is $2.14M, minimum cash outlay would be about $609K, and monthly mortgage @ 1.3% interest would be $5.4K/mth. Combined with monthly maintenance, i guess you would be looking at close to $6K/month for cashflow. From a more conservative approach for self-stay units, you should probably consider 8 times annual income for the property value or max 30% of monthly income for servicing mortgage/maintenance fees. So an approximate income level to comfortably stay at a 2 bedder CHP is probably $20-$22K/month... might not be too difficult for dual income family earning 10k/month per pax...

If >3 mil, many Singaporeans will consider landed Liao...

Meaning you must bet on foreigners to appreciate your trophy and Want to buy from you.... your Pool of sellers also reduce.

Need to think more carefully these days... unlike 10 years ago, close eyes can buy and huat...

All my purchases and those I strongly recommended to close friends all xx% gain after ssd...

And yet I don’t ask to get paid like someone...haha

I got relative told me can rebate me full commission for booking a unit for investment, but I think is also risky on the exit plan…. Our garment can’t figure 2 or 5 pax dining liao, which FTs gonna buy our unit….
