Go for high floor or different facing, it will likely be mitigated. Those facing Clerk Quay low floor, though view is still superb, might have some noise you mentioned.

I already shared how URA Q3 showed that both OCR and RCR have dropped more than 1 Quarter worth of inventory when compared URA Q2, but CCR further increased marginally in the oversupply situation instead.
