Yesterday I asked why level 4 and 5 are not popular. I think it is because some of their views are slightly obstructed by the curved facade. Same for units near the 24 floor connecting bridge. Only affects some stacks. Please check the facade diagram.

Yeah but those are cheaper ma, i guess the clientele market segment aiming for this not so price sensitive

From the uptake of CHP, it seems that buyers here are those with deep pockets and want to have a nice view on top of the nice address. So far, more premium units seem to fly off shelf first.

Somehow these are the most popular stacks and first to go. :( At first I thought it would be the cheaper low floor units that will go first. Anyway I see that the high floor psf is comparable to Midtown Modern.

These are the real art collectors.

They pay for the best units and don’t compare like there is another painting called ‘ lady lisa’ across the street selling for only $100.

Really seem different category of buyers, not the enter Low, no view never mind so that can exit well later type.

Yeah this is trying to buy quality art at decent prices then hope can sell to the real art collectors who dont care
