Wah read through all 41 pages of this thread and despite many commentary of this being a trophy asset for the deep pockets.... the 4/3 bedders hardly moved. Not surprisingly, 1 bedder stack 06 (smallest layout) is the first to be completely sold. Some other 1 bedder and 1+S are either completely or almost sold too.

Prices for most mid-floor and below are below $3k psf.

That day went SF, saw all queuing up to enter 1/1+1/2 bedder, whereas 3/4 bedder no q at all. So can roughly guess the interest will be mainly on the smaller unit.
if buy 3/4 bedder now and hope for cap gain after TOP, I feel the chance not high.

Not everyone has 3.5-5m to buy 3 to 4 bedders lol.. when you can afford that can kind of $, there are many types of properties to choose from too. 😂

Yes, trophy hunters want perfection. If already paying so much, why not pay a bit more for the perfect unit ?
From okaypokey and others description on pricing, the psf for a good view don’t seem too much if below $3kpsf. Got to wait for more data.

wonder if the super penthouse is sold yet.

3/4 bedder higher chance of discount (or developer provide free ID furnishing) than cap gain

Yeah this is trying to buy quality art at decent prices then hope can sell to the real art collectors who dont care
Yes ! The art must be quality. Those Low floor with obstructed views are not quality art. Hard to find ppl willing to pay 28xx psf but yet willing to accept an obstruct view. A 30xx with unblocked MBS View with is a better investment than a 28xx psf with no views

What are you all talking about? The 3BR Premium is almost sold out. Left bottom floors.

Trophy hunters 🏆 are mostly those without kids, don’t need a big space. But at the same time big but limited budget. Those with the budget of 3/4 bedders would rather get bungalow.

U guys think most pple buy CHP is more for self stay or investment or just trophy collection.
if I buy, my only intent is to hoot the lowest quantum/lowest psf and haolian to others and hopefully impress some AMDL. This is definitely not a project I would want to raise a family or looking at schools for kids, Trying to be honest here.
What’s your own motivation to buy CHP btw? Just curious.
your reasons of buying may shed some light to determine who is your likely future buyer.

There were some CP1 and DP1 sold. Let's see if more and other big units get sold today. :)

your reasons of buying may shed some light to determine whether this project can make profit in near future. :o

personally, if I buy, it would be retirement self stay property for me, when kids grown up, and I don’t need to care about where the schools are or whatnot. Main consideration is lifestyle, convenience and vibes. But now CHP timing not right for me so bobian. I will scout for my retirement self stay property cautiously lol.
