It is natural for later buyers of hot items
to pay more as not much stock left...

Honestly I wanted but last minute I humji.
that amount I really can do a lot of other things. Buy property greatest motivation is to be able to leverage, but in my situation cannot. So lost that motivation. Unless it’s dirt cheap.

Gain or loss will depend on finding another collector with similar interests/ view

Looking at take up rate, appreciators for such trophy are more in abundance than nearby, cheaper non-so-trophy product...

The unblocked MBS view will always have a premium attached to it. Imagine during Teams/Zoom meetings, u can show off your background - real background. Not some fake background !

It is of value especially if u r a Property Agent or Insurance Agent !

Enough to generate cash flow
Enough stock to play games
I do not know if they reserve certain stack or floor..
