All the companies i’ve been in, never had one that invest in china make money wan. Always pay tuition fees…

Read the news that the weekend sales total above $1.18 bn. At the average of $3000 psf, the average unit size sold is 730 sqft. Seems to be a bit low ?

But still with $1.18 bn sales in their books, CDL can now go buy Chuan Park and still have some small change !

Wah so many agents bought on VIP day, close to 30. Like that propertyguru also can charge premium for the agents to be listed as "resident agents" for CHP.

Is $400+ maintenance fee for 1 bedder without carpark reasonable ?
Is $500+ maintenance fee for 2 bedder without carpark reasonable ?

When one purchase a master art piece, one has considered pay maintenance to maintain air humidity and temperature, even lighting so that the painting is in premium condition. Also, security must be tight. Next buyer can then buy and enjoy.

If one purchase ‘lady lisa’ painting, then no need any air conditioning... can pick up similar painting at another shop.

Depends if you are looking at Mona Lisa or Lady Lisa.

haha, market forces already showed 3000 psf was arguably too low and demand could have accepted possibly even higher pricing. Guess sg too many art connoisseurs around.

Haha indeed. If I were the developer, retrospectively I will price the units at least 10% more except those really large quantum units (above $10m).. 77% sales for launch weekend is too much.

developer can and should increase price now for remaining units given the strong demand.
