Yeah, i meant the good views one mostly 2.8 and up during launch.

Did you hear how much? I heard the sales staff tell me 50-100 per month for residents, which is quite ok to me.

I don’t think this would be a major concern when you have the privilege of living within the ERP zone, haha.
Most CBD condos do not include parking :o

From what I know, the lots are usually priced at $150-250/month for residents :o

No idea... didn't pay attention to the car park fees since I don't drive :o

Seems like 1 x 3 bedder and 5 bedder was sold since last week. Bigger units selling after CM introduced.
Can't imagine if it's a foreigner that bought the 5 bedder, ABSD would be more than $2.5M

i guessing its a local with those units at 2.5k psf, the bigger units in CHP do offer attractive value. not sure if developer did dangle any direct or indirect discount

seems there is still some 1plus study units available. Wonder why it’s not moving given the lower quantum

can't tell what PSF they bought at until caveats are out, but the cheapest 5 bedder starts from 29XX psf with a floor size of 2788 sqft, and the cheapest 5 bedder was not the unit sold this week. Same for the 3 bedder sold as it was the compact 893 sqft unit that's level 40+, starts from 31XX psf.

There should be a 25XX psf 3 bedder sold the week after CM was imposed though, but caveats not out yet, so cannot verify.

Maybe they got discount under the table, but we will never know...

Hey bros, for those who bought CHP or other integrated projects, can check with u whether there’s another separate maintenance fee to be paid for integrated project? Or is it already computed in total shown in the table above?
Coz I understand some idiotic agents only quote the residential part and did not inform buyers to also include the retail part. Encountered such agent before.
Some integrated development has 2 separate MCST fee, one residential, one retail.

It's taken from my agent's site, which I find is updated quite regularly. I think quite hard for any central portal to have this information outside of the agencies.

I don't see this in the PDI or OTP. Don't have a copy of the SPA yet. Where is it normally indicated?
The table you shown above already has residential and common components to it, there would be a 3rd component?
