It's taken from my agent's site, which I find is updated quite regularly. I think quite hard for any central portal to have this information outside of the agencies.

I don't see this in the PDI or OTP. Don't have a copy of the SPA yet. Where is it normally indicated?
The table you shown above already has residential and common components to it, there would be a 3rd component?
I know a few integrated projects have 2 separate MCST fee. Normally only get to know upon TOP when they mail the fee to u. Follow by the quarterly MCST fee made payable to 2 different entities. Many owners r not aware of this as the agent did not communicate this to the buyers when they first bought.

You haven’t gotten your SPA yet? Inside no figures but can see two portions, a common area for the residential portion and a common area for the whole project.

i believe these are already both added in the table of fees given (that is still subject to change anyways).

my understanding is the only maintenance fee not included is the parking, which CDL was very upfront about. Question is what’s the amount. Was told 50-100, but subject to MCST.

frankly, it’s quite expensive for the smaller units, but still okay-ish for the bigger ones. Just my opinion.

We signed the SPA before Xmas, and the law firm is supposed to send us SPA after the developer signs. But we still don't have the completed SPA and money still haven't deduct from bank yet. Yours done already?

It boggles my mind that some 1+S, 2B and some 3B have the same maintenance fees, and super penthouse fee only 3 X 2 bedder's fees...

the bigger one + S, 2B, 2B+S, and the smaller 3B appears to be $474 for maintenance fees based on multiple sources online, including the chart posted by NZS...

I always wonder why maintenance fees are not more differentiated among the different unit sizes. Usually 2/3 bedders have the same maintenance fees. It is supposed to be based on share value? What is the significance of this share value in other aspects? Voting rights?

Anyway, I find midtown modern's maintenance fees more reasonable. But then, some developments like Haus on Handy has even higher maintenance fees compared to CHP.

Yeah, based on share value which also equals voting rights.

Maintenance fees for the larger units are already actually competitive or even cheaper than many condos around river valley area, and not even integrated development.

However, the smaller units, they are a bit higher than expected perhaps.
