Looks like no hope to buy my CHP toilet cubicle :(
I also see not worthy to buy another unit at CHP, too expensive to bite.

haha yup… not sure why the landmark not much movement. maybe the non-road facing price also not very good and marketing don’t seem to be as strong
I feel the key issue for Landmark is marketing, I don’t see any agents talk about it.

If u ask anyone hunting a new launch, they probably wouldn’t note Landmark either, they would know Avenue South Residence/ One Pearl Bank though, very strong marketing from the developers.

Yeah I think it’s really down to marketing.

Objectively speaking, MCCLand recent projects are actually decent, and are still well priced compared to peers. But they somehow lack the hype (that leads people to put in Cheque) and don’t grab headlines. Agents also don’t usually mention their projects first to prospective buyers.

This CHP seems more like World Cup 4 years once price and product haha.. the psf for the penthouse is even higher than luxury condos in Orchard.
Bro, but cannot deny the view is really nice. Facing MBS, sea view and without blockage as the line of sight is along Singapore River to Marina Bay floating platform(National Day, unblocked fire works!), etc.

ok, got more price in.
1 br from $1.16 mils ($2836 psf)
4 br from $5.22 mils($2974 psf)
5 br from $8.1 mils ($2905 psf)
Penthouse is $50 million($5,582.84 psf).
Estimated completion is 2025.

The way they priced, is bigger unit is more expensive. Their target audience is different.
For the real rich. LOL

I am guessing the one bedder would be snapped up quickly for those who are looking for a low quantum trophy project.

Don’t underestimate the wallets of some young professionals…. Some ppl live to collect trophies in life 🤣

Besides expecting overseas investors, Lee also foresees some new demand - emerging from the work-from-home (WFH) trend - to flow towards the smaller units at CanningHill Piers. More individuals, especially young professionals, have been seeking separate living spaces due to WFH arrangements, prompting them to move out of their existing family homes and into smaller apartments they can call their own, Lee added.

1.16m is priced to sell. Many young highly paid professionals who don’t have kids can easily afford this price tag.

I am wondering why psf for 1/2 bedder is priced to be cheaper than 4/5 bedders nowadays

I am sure many here are already preparing cheque for the 5 bedder. Or who knows the expert panel chairman is snapping up the one and only SUPER penthouse!

don't forget that some of the 1 and 2 bedders are internal facing below level 21/25 depending on blk 1 or 5. so the lower psf would probably be for these units without any view. all the 3/4/5 bedders are outside facing with unblocked view if you clear the surrounding buildings/hill.
