I reckon more would end up buying the bronze trophy - Landmark on CHP launch weekend.

If I were the Landmark developer, on CHP launch weekend I give a small discount off units maybe $20k off all units, or additional agent comm to lure ppl over. Landmark developer need to up their marketing game.

I go Liang Court/Clark quay very often. Slim barrack quite seldom. But honestly, during weekend n public holiday, that area is basically a ghost town.

HV Residence is not for me, maybe due to my age. The trophy asset I wish for is across the road at Leedon Residence. Everyday can send my driver over to OHV to tapao food and buy groceries !
