Consider the 3 bedder premium at stack 23, block 5? I don't really like the layout but the unit is at the corner, premium view -> MBS + Fort Canning Hill. Got water, got mountain + got joss stick + got sky, if high enough got sea and river. LOL

the view is great and the layout is not bad too, especially the kitchen with marina view. Cook also shiok.

Yeah i noticed. I checked the measurements, can fit 1 queen size bed then not much space liao.

great for study cum entertainment room, or just single bedder and small study table for the kid.

Saw the 1313sqft 3 bedder layout at SF. It has a big kitchen and huge yard area. Balcony also quite big.
I feel at 3.8mil, the layout can be more efficient

Kitchen is quite big but really nice if you cook. If you don’t, maybe it’s inefficient. Any smaller, like riviere’s kitchen, see liao dont even want to step in to cook.

Yea, the kitchen got full glass view and it looks grand. But I don’t think most pple need a generous size kitchen, yard and balcony. Bedroom space is more essential imo.

For me the gripe is the yard, which would be great if it gone to the bedroom space.

I was drooling and awed by the seaview and space.

Before you buy, you hope prices don’t increase too much and let you enter at reasonable level

after you bought, you hope demand drives up prices...

All the best and hope you get the trophy you deserve. Is your agent preping you in anyway as in facing, estimated pricing and your first few choices?

dont think you will get any decent view at 28xx. someone posted stack 24/25 at level 4 or 5 is 2.38m (2950 psf), $8k per level increase. To get a decent view to see bay area, probably need level 20 and up. Assuming they keep to $8k/level all the way up, this would be $31XX psf already...

Tiagong today many chose higher floors and not the 4-5th floors. The super low psf ones still available but may be snapped up in early numbers tomorrow

If 8-9floor it’s alr v high and based on the view shared earlier can really see MBS cos in front unobstructed. But it’s quite odd developer price it so cheap.
