Yeah somehow not updated yet. Anyway if you use onemap and draw the 1km radius from rvps, you can see the ‘1km red zone’ covers the whole development. It also exceeds enough to cover the neighbouring shophouses (minion cafe, hai di lao, etc) but those are obviously not residential.

I think $4k/per month got chance if the market then is as buoyant as now. But a safer gage is $3800/per month, not far away either..
