Cov19, you can't heard any now. LOL
High floor unit should not have problem except for being mindful of heavy traffic over River Valley road during daytime.
Low floor, close the window and switch on the aircon. If you can afford over $2 mils, what is electricity bill? LOL

The view is good, if you got unit facing Fort Canning and MBS or Singapore River + MBS. Won't go wrong.

the place changed a lot even before covid lo, a lot more mild with a lot of expats enjoying wine at the bars.

I stay nearby and walk by there regularly

Maybe bought by the bloomberg attendees.

But I really dk why people want to stay near there, when clubs and pubs open, can hear all the ah beng shouting or fighting and floor will have a lot of vomit

the time of pump room, Shanghai dolly or MOS is over…

Yeah. Regular evening/night walks/runs along robertson quay to clarke quay and boat quay.
Yeah nice environment. That's why I choose somewhere nearby for my investment unit and its also close to Chinatown. Like the area, good amenities, location and lots of good food around

actually depends how you look at it.. some see it as night life.. happening.. a lifestyle.. but still not sleazy to the kind you know of Geylang, golden miles, Jalan Besar, Kitchener etc.

How can compare 1 Clarke Quay to those mentioned.. very different leh. Since the pandemic much had also changed in the nightlife of these areas u mentioned.

I think CHP is the most expensive leasehold project launched this year, yet with the strongest take up rate.

The sole super penthouse of 8,955 sq ft was sold for $48 million ($5,360 psf), just 4% below the $50 million ($$5,583 psf) price tag. The buyer is believed to be a Singaporean, although the developer declined to comment. The super penthouse is located on the topmost level of the 48-storey residential tower and is said to have “unmatched panoramic views of the city and the riverfront”.

based on the article, 538 units sold by 6pm, seems like today only 4 units sold? just now cycled by the CHP showroom at around 6pm, doesn't seem crowded, seems aligned with the sales today
