Seems like CHP increased price again. I can see that the "starting from" prices had increased $60K for 1 bedder (?!), $30K for 2 bedders and $65K for 4 bedders. 3 & 5 bedders seems no change.

Bounce units benefit both developers and the early buyers only, by pushing up valuation. Given the positive response on launch day and hype, this unit sure can find buyer, only a matter of time, likely sooner than later.
