you can partner with equinox. He give you daily sales report and update. Anybody sell below your floor price you can punish them.

Never doubt yourself, U should straight away go for chairman position. If u r successful, can even consider run for Singapore next presidential election

My friend is chairman of the mcst for a Newton condo. Security guards will greet him as “chairman”

Also any small issue he see he very proactively will ensure it gets fixed

eh yes beside the chairman honourable title, whats the benefit? i just wonder why some people willing commit so much time and effort to work for free, its like juggling 2 jobs..unless one is a retiree

yea good idea, tell them you chairman of CHP maybe the fnb there let you dine for free, your name card remember to indicate your CHP title, sure score goals with ladies while drinking in clarke quay
