My sensing of this buyer is he doesn’t seems to care much about profit or losses. For someone to pay 30% absd, this kinda of buyer obviously don’t care about losing money as they are highly mobile and versatile, come and go very fast. They are just parking their money from place to place.

oh yeah, it’s 10 each. Averaging 3.1-3.3m for 3br and 5.3-5.6m for 4br. Heard that total cost was 80+m and that absd is 20+m. Not sure if total cost includes or excludes absd.
