I got my s100 already, I'm in the US now. It's a great camera except for battery life. Thankfully my old camera uses the same battery so I have a spare.

As for the image quality, it takes great shots, better than I hoped for. I'm glad I didn't listen to this negative posts about blur corners etc.

We can't make any estimation for that. The price will probably remain high until end of this year.

Reason is due to the extremely limited stocks, Christmas season etc.

hahaha....went to Funan IT Mall
1. John 3:16 >> Was told by one of the staff/owner that he only have 3 sets and 50 pple on waiting list
2. Courts, Challenger >> Was told by staff that stock will be only arrive in 2012
3. South Asia Computer >> They have 5 - 10 sets but have to collect the free gift at Habour Front

I definitely will. btw they (the ix860 and s100) share same model charger and battery. Therefore I can interchangeable with the two batteries from my old cam; and bring along only one charger (my kids will use the ix). But you are right on the s95 (my wife's); different battery/charger.
